Salary

Let's start with your salary. At Van Lanschot Kempen we think that your salary should be fair and equal both within the company and the industry as a whole. We therefore offer a competitive salary for all our roles, always striving for proportionate and transparent remuneration within all talent groups.  This motivates us to build the future of our company, together.

Flexibility: the ability to choose 

As your needs and your colleagues’ needs may vary considerably, we give you the opportunity to make your own choices regarding your terms of employment. In addition to your salary, you will therefore receive a monthly flex budget. For certain contracts, the budget is included in the annual salary.
The flex budget consists of a number of components: your holiday allowance, your 13th month and your extra statutory leave days that have been converted into a cash sum.
It is up to you to decide how you want to spend your budget. Do you want to save it up and spend a large amount of it at a later date in the year or do you want to save leave for a specific leave purpose:  a sabbatical, parental leave or you use them prior to your retirement. It’s all up to you! 
If you do not make a decision, the money is reserved for you. Any leftover budget is paid out to you by the end of the year.

We believe a healthy work-life balance is essential and we want to provide you with the opportunity to make the right choices for you, at every stage of your life. 

Various options for taking extended leave.

To support the throughflow of women to middle / senior (management) roles within our organization in line with our strategic ambitions to increase the employment rate of women, we finance part of the childcare for fulltime working mothers (+36 hours). With this, Van Lanschot Kempen is offering a measure that is suitable and necessary to eliminate or reduce bottlenecks for women.

You are also entitled to a day off on generally recognized public holidays. If you wish, you can exchange Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day and Whit Monday with another religious holiday (for example Eid Al Fitr). It is all possible!

Pension

We don’t just offer terms of employment that are convenient for you right now. We also think about your needs later in life. When you no longer work for us. 
Every month, Van Lanschot Kempen makes a premium available for you. With that you build up an income for later. How much exactly? That is not yet known. The amount of the premium is known. It depends on your salary, your age and whether you work full-time or part-time.
