(Junior) Developer Master Data Management team

Your job

You will be working in a multidisciplinary scrum team servicing the Asset Management part of the business.  You will be responsible for the run & change of part of the application landscape that manages the wealth and risks of more than 100 billion assets under management.

You will work among other highly qualified people who all aim to deliver business value. Each team consists of 5 to 6 very ambitious people with a great sense of responsibility. You own everything you build and work towards bringing the Asset Manager into a completely data-driven organisation.

The Master Data Management team is technically responsible for making all instrument, party/company, benchmark and external managers data available for all operational processes. The team is also responsible for technical enablement for data quality and data matching to create a single data source for all instrument and party data so that a master data set is available for data consumers.

Next to the development work the team is first line contact for all technical incidents related to the delivered products and assist with data BAU issues where necessary for the data domains specified. Each member of the team is involved with slicing product challenges, gathering requirements, designing solutions, architectural decisions and discussions with stakeholders.

Your experience

What do you bring to our team?

  • With your strong analytical skills and experience with (investment management) data you are able to deliver trustworthy data for operation and reporting purposes;
  • You have experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server);
  • Experience with .NET development;
  • Understanding of financial markets & processes.

Big plus:

  • Experience with Markit EDM;
  • Experience with Azure.
