Your job

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist of the Data Warehouse you know how to transform the large amount of available and complex data into insightful reports for your colleagues in the business and for the supervisors. Together with your team you will be in close contact with the rest of the organization, so communication about the projects will be short. We encourage you to broaden your activities as much as possible and we challenge you to get the best out of yourself.

Work is flexible from home, our Den Bosch office or in Amsterdam.

Your experience

What do you bring to our team?

You have a completed HBO or WO education, preferably in the direction of Business Informatics, Information Science or Business Intelligence (or similar);

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a BI/data specialist role;
  • You have experience with data modeling, knowledge of metadata driven development using PowerDesigner and the Microsoft product suite is a plus;
  • Affinity with financial products and banking processes is a plus.

Besides the requirements above, we are also looking for an enthusiastic, proactive team player. You are analytically strong and communicate easily at different levels with various partners and stakeholders, both in Dutch and English. In addition, you are keen on lifelong learning.

Our company

The Data Management department is located at the heart of Van Lanschot Kempen. It manages and develops the organization's three data warehouses. The four development teams work on subjects such as financial reports for regulators, risk models, anti-money laundering modules and credit reports. Our clients come from all over the company and therefore ensure a great variety of work and the necessary dynamism.
