We are looking for an Account Manager to join the account management team within the lnstitutional Relations department of Kempen Capital Management (KCM). You will be the trusted advisor to clients of KCM, responsible for amongst others client retention, developing and maintaining client account plans and proactive account management towards the clients of KCM. You will work closely with the sales teams in their effort to gain new clients and expand share of wallet with existing clients, both wholesale and institutional. Together with the other account managers you are responsible for the day-to-day servicing of our clients. Additionally you will spend a part of your time supporting the sales of KCM services and products into the Van Lanschot network. The role also includes preparing client visits and review meetings, coordinating client onboarding activities and client portfolio changes, assisting in client-related ad-hoc queries and departmental-wide projects . In sum: as an Account Manager you are the liaison between our clients and the broader Kempen organization aiming to deliver best in class client service. We are looking for persons who are eager to operate in a professional organization with short communication lines. You find it important to have true impact on the department and its clients. You have excellent analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English. Furthermore we are looking for someone with:
- Academic or HBO level
- 2-5 years client experience
- Passion for helping clients in their requests, but also a proactive approach to deliver top notch service to clients
- Hands-on/ownership mentality, drive to learn and go the extra mile, a team approach
- Affinity with and good of knowledge investments and commitment to increase knowledge (both content and sales/relationship skills)
- A third language (German, French) has a preference
