At Client Administration, part of the Client Administration & Monitoring Department, we are looking for an intern. Whether you are looking for an internship or a graduation internship, you have come to the right place. During your internship you will conduct research into the processes in which you work. The Client Administration department is the central mid-office for Private Banking Clients and performs a wide range of administrative activities. This includes opening and changing portfolios and accounts, drawing up contracts and making payments.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Client Administration Intern at Van Lanschot Kempen. You get to know the processes of a bank and contribute to improving these processes in the Client Administration & Monitoring department. You actively participate in our department's daily activities, so that you get a broad idea of the versatility of the department and can develop yourself optimally.

You will have the opportunity to participate in inspiring training and awareness sessions, where you will not only increase your knowledge, but also expand your network. And let's not forget the fun drinks! You will also have the opportunity to come into contact with other interns throughout Van Lanschot Kempen through various events. After successfully completing your internship, you have the option to continue working with us, both during and after your studies. We value the growth and development of our interns and strive to retain talent within our team.

You will also have the following tasks:

  • Drafting letters and agreements for our customers;
  • Entering and checking customer data in various banking systems;
  • Opening / changing / settling portfolios and accounts;
  • Carrying out transfers;
  • Proactively think about improvements, even beyond the boundaries of your own work.

  • You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing;
  • You are following a higher professional education;

The Client Administration & Monitoring Department is the main middle office of Private Banking and thus an extension of the commercial departments. The department is responsible for, among other things, opening and changing relationships, drawing up contracts and all other related administrative work. Client Administration & Monitoring currently consists of approximately 150 employees and is in a constant state of flux in order to keep up with developments inside and outside the bank.
