As a Scrum Master within Core Banking Applications, you make a difference by coaching your teams and contributing to their impact on the organization.
You are responsible for the application and implementation of Agile values, principles, and methods within your teams. You also ensure that impediments blocking the progress of the teams are resolved. Together with the Agile Coach and the other Scrum Masters, you ensure that the Core Banking Applications department functions optimally.
You ensure that the team events have a clear purpose and outcome. Additionally, you enjoy leading the Agile way of working. Sharing your knowledge, skills, and best practices with colleagues ensures effective collaboration.

In this role, we expect you to be present at our office in Den Bosch for a minimum of 2 days per week.

DAAT consists of more than 400 employees, who have a central role within the organisation. With the DAAT departments we are building a world-class wealth management technology platform.
The Matrix & Document Management team exists of analysts, developers, business representatives, and functional administrators who have various areas of focus, such as financing, savings, CRM, and document management. The team consists of 15 individuals, and in your daily tasks, you will have close contact with the Product Management Investment, Financing departments, and Customer Administration department.

- a gross monthly salary between € 4.000,- and € 5.300,- appropriate to your knowledge and experience.

It’s also possible to get the full budget paid out at any moment in the year.
- flexible working hours; you come to the office for team meetings or brainstorming sessions and work from home by mutual agreement.
- 27 leave days of which 7 are part of the flexible budget.
- a market competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on your salary and age, generally, most people can expect around 20% contribution, which 4% is employee contribution.
