The core processes of Agency Services are as follows:
- As Euroclear Netherlands Agent we deal in mergers, acquisitions, issuances and other conversions of securities, payment of coupons, dividends and callable bonds to the custodians of Euroclear Nederland and members of Euronext.
- As a Fund Agent, we assess, accept or reject fund orders on the Euronext Fund Services Amsterdam, Vestima and Fundsettle platforms and we book and process orders in unlisted funds.
- The administrative processing of the issuance of various complex and customized products (Structured Products) that have been set up for specific customers with an explicit focus on context and risks between the internal processes. Responsible for the timely confirmation and settlement of transactions.
- We work with various systems for the various activities, (E)Bankview, Neolink , Euronext, EuroclearConnect , Vestima , FundSettle , Evo , etc. and pay attention to the internal and external position and their context within the various applications.

- Bachelor’s degree in a financial field.
- Relevant work experience in the financial and/or administrative domain.
- Good communication skills, in Dutch and English.
